You will own the end-to-end RFP/bid response lifecycle; from identifying opportunities on US government portals to submitting polished, compliant proposals. This is a high-visibility role that requires strong coordination, writing, and project management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and track RFP/RFI/RFQ opportunities across US State, Local, and Federal bid portals (e.g., Bidnet direct, DemandStar, state eProcurement portals)Qualify incoming opportunities against company capabilities, win probability, and strategic fitDevelop and manage bid plans with clear timelines, roles, and milestones for each pursuitCoordinate with internal teams; solutions, delivery, legal, finance, and SMEs to collate and validate proposal contentLead end-to-end proposal writing, editing, and formatting to ensure compliance, clarity, and a compelling win themeMaintain and continuously improve a proposal content library, past performance write-ups, and boilerplate responsesTrack submission deadlines and manage document packaging per portal requirements (e.g., PDF formatting, portal uploads)Support post-submission activities including clarification responses and oral presentation preparationPrepare and own the bid defense DecksCreate SOWs after the deal is finalizedRequired Skills & Qualifications3–5 years of experience in bid/proposal management, preferably for the US marketHands-on experience with US government bid portals (SAM.gov, BidSync, DemandStar, or similar)Strong understanding of the RFP response structure - executive summary, technical approach, past performance, pricing narrativeExcellent written English communication and editing skillsProficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for proposal formatting and trackingAbility to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlinesGraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian universityGood to HaveExposure to IT services, cloud, data, or digital transformation domainsFamiliarity with Shipley or similar proposal management methodologiesBasic understanding of US Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)Equal Employment Opportunity Declaration:WCT is an equal opportunity employer.
