Job Description

Role Overview:The Deputy Manager – HR Analytics will be responsible for managing HR data, developing MIS reports, and providing analytical insights to support strategic HR decision-making. The role involves maintaining accurate HR databases, developing organizational charts, and analyzing workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support business objectives.Key Responsibilities:HR MIS & ReportingManage and maintain HR MIS dashboards and periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of HR data and reports.Develop automated reporting formats to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.Provide HR metrics and reports for leadership review and business planning.Data Analytics & InsightsAnalyze HR data related to headcount, attrition, hiring, diversity, performance, and other workforce metrics.Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within HR data.Translate data findings into actionable insights for HR leadership and business stakeholders.Support predictive analytics initiatives to improve workforce planning and retention strategies.Organization Charting & Workforce StructureMaintain and regularly update organization charts across departments.Monitor reporting structures and workforce hierarchy changes.Support leadership in evaluating organizational structure effectiveness and span of control.Data Governance & AccuracyEnsure HR data integrity across systems and reports.Maintain standardized data definitions and reporting structures.Coordinate with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll teams to ensure consistent data capture.HR Systems & Process ImprovementWork with HRIS or ERP systems to extract and analyze workforce data.Identify opportunities for improving HR reporting processes and tools.Support digital transformation initiatives within HR.Key Deliverables:Monthly HR dashboards and leadership reportsOrganization structure and org chartsWorkforce analytics reports (attrition, hiring, diversity, productivity, etc.)Data-driven insights to support HR strategyQualifications & Experience:4–7 years of experience in HR analytics, HR MIS, or workforce analyticsExperience working with HRIS systems and reporting toolsSkills & Competencies:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI / Tableau preferred)Experience with HR dashboards and MIS reportingHigh attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to translate data into meaningful business insightsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsPreferred Skills:Experience in predictive analytics and workforce planningKnowledge of HR metrics and KPI frameworksExposure to automation tools and advanced analytics
