This role will play a key part in financial reporting, data structuring, analytics, and automation of financial processes while supporting leadership with actionable insights.The ideal candidate will combine strong finance fundamentals with advanced data capabilities, enabling improved financial visibility, decision support, and operational efficiency. The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with business, operations, and leadership teams.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & AnalysisLead preparation and enhancement of management reporting, financial analysis, and business performance tracking.Deliver timely and accurate financial insights to support leadership decision-making.Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and business performance evaluation.Data Structuring & Financial Data ManagementDesign and maintain structured financial data frameworks to improve reporting accuracy and accessibility.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and governance across systems.Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.Data Automation & DashboardingDrive automation of financial reporting and data workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.Build interactive dashboards and reporting frameworks using Power BI and other visualization tools.Enable leadership teams with real-time data visibility and performance metrics.Business Analytics & Decision SupportConduct deep-dive financial and operational analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Support FP&A leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Develop analytical models to support business strategy and operational improvements.Process Optimization & ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline finance processes and improve reporting efficiency.Implement best practices in reporting, analytics, and financial data management.Drive continuous improvements in financial planning, reporting, and analytics processes.Stakeholder ManagementPartner with cross-functional teams including business, operations, strategy, and leadership.Communicate financial insights effectively to senior stakeholders and business teams.Support strategic discussions with clear data-driven analysis and structured financial insights.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong expertise in financial reporting, analytics, and data-driven financeExperience in structuring and managing financial data for reporting and analysisAdvanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and financial data visualizationStrong capabilities in data automation and dashboard developmentExperience in process optimization and reporting process improvementsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to translate complex data into meaningful business insightsPreferred Candidate Profile5–8 years of experience in FP&A, financial analytics, or corporate finance rolesStrong exposure to data analytics, reporting automation, and dashboard developmentExperience working with large datasets and financial systemsDemonstrated ability to improve finance processes and reporting frameworksStrong executive presence, structured thinking, and communication skills
