It offers strategic consulting, digital architecture, and sector-specific solutions across areas like transport, water, justice, and finance. The team enables large-scale e-Governance, data analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and citizen experience.>>About the Role:We are seeking experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultants who will support and enhance existing Oracle EBS/ERP modules and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders during an upcoming Oracle EBS upgrade. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across core ERP modules and deep specialization in Finance, Operations & Production, or Inventory.>>Key Responsibilities:Support, maintain, and enhance existing Oracle EBS modules across GL, AP, AR, and related business areas. Participate in governance and quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to organizational and Oracle standards. Facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams to strengthen in-house capabilities. Collaborate and coordinate with Oracle and internal IT stakeholders during the EBS upgrade project. Diagnose and resolve functional issues, including liaising with technical teams for configuration or customization support. Document functional designs, business processes, SOPs, and test cases. Conduct user training sessions and support UAT cycles.>>Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).>> Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience working with Oracle EBS/ERP applications. Proven expertise in Oracle EBS modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).Hands-on experience in end‑to‑end implementation, support, and upgrade of Oracle EBS modules. Strong functional understanding in at least one of the following domains: FinanceOperations & ProductionInventory Management>>Preferred Skills:Experience working in cross‑functional ERP environments. Exposure to Oracle EBS R12 upgrade or migration projects. Familiarity with SQL for functional debugging. Ability to collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.>>Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work with diverse business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. High attention to detail and process orientation.
