The company is currently developing next-generation Grade A office buildings and premium commercial assets and is focused on creating globally benchmarked developments.We are seeking an experienced Head – Architecture & Interior Design to lead the design vision and execution for our upcoming projects.Role OverviewThe Head – Architecture & Interior Design will be responsible for leading the architectural and interior design strategy for Muttha Group’s commercial and hospitality developments.This role will ensure that projects achieve global standards of design excellence, functionality, sustainability, and user experience while working closely with international architects, interior designers, and specialist consultants.The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Grade A commercial developments and/or luxury hospitality projects and will play a key role in shaping iconic, future-ready buildings.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign LeadershipLead and define the design vision and architectural direction for all major developments.Ensure projects reflect international design standards and best practices.Drive design innovation across architecture, interiors, façade design, and spatial planning.Project Design ManagementLead the design process from concept development through design development and construction documentation.Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and engineering teams to ensure seamless design integration.Ensure design intent is maintained through execution and construction stages.Collaboration with International ConsultantsWork closely with international architectural firms, interior design studios, and specialist consultants.Manage design coordination between global consultants and internal project teams.Translate global design concepts into efficient, buildable solutions.Design Quality & GovernanceEstablish design standards, guidelines, and review processes across projects.Conduct regular design reviews and design audits to maintain quality and consistency.Ensure projects deliver exceptional functionality, aesthetics, and user experience.Innovation & SustainabilityIntroduce global design trends, workplace innovations, and hospitality concepts.Promote sustainable design principles and green building standards.Drive adoption of innovative materials, façade systems, and design technologies.Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with senior leadership, development teams, and external consultants.Present design concepts and strategies to management and key stakeholders.Support leasing and marketing teams with design-led project positioning.Experience & QualificationsExperienceMinimum 15–20 years of professional experience in architecture and design leadership.Strong experience in Commercial Real Estate and/or Hospitality projects.Proven experience in Grade A office developments or 5-Star hotels.Experience working with international architectural and interior design firms is essential.Experience managing large-scale or high-rise developments preferred.EducationBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.International exposure or advanced design education is a plus.Key SkillsArchitectural Design LeadershipCommercial & Hospitality Design ExpertiseInternational Design CollaborationHigh-rise and Large-scale Development ExperienceDesign Coordination & Project ManagementStrong Presentation & Communication SkillsSustainable and Green Building DesignLocationPune, Maharashtra, IndiaWhy Join Muttha GroupOpportunity to lead design for landmark commercial developmentsWork with international architects and consultantsShape next-generation Grade A office environmentsBe part of a growing, design-focused development platformInterested candidates may apply directly via LinkedIn or share their profile at:
