Job Description

People Success Partner II You would be joining an HR team that aims to deliver efficient and easy people processes, systems, policies and programs to support a positive employee experience. You will provide a wide range of HR support, advice and administration to the APAC region. This position carries out responsibilities in core HR processes, with a primary focus on onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle data management and responding to employee inquiries. ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation of HR programs and policies to improve the employee experienceLead and execute the full employee life cycle including new hire onboarding, managing the exit process. Ensuring documents are completed in line with requirements in a timely manner, keeping the team up to date on progress. Maintain accurate employee data by inputting and updating records in Workday to support lifecycle eventsServe as the primary point of contact for HR policy, benefit, system and process questions from employeesPerform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support HR Teams on various initiatives.Support transition and maintenance of HR policy and information content in Workday, including updates to the self-service knowledge baseSupport manager and employee self-service case management in WorkdayEnsure HR processes comply with local labor laws and internal policies Help support a culture of collaboration and fun across the regionDrive our Corporate Social Responsibility agenda for the region Qualifications and Attributes for SuccessBachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent HR qualification or equivalent experience.3-plus years’ experience in Human Resources preferably in a high tech environmentAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently, multitask, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environmentHigh attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-up skillsStrong proficiency with Google Work Suite and HRIS (workday preferred)Goal oriented; proactive in one’s own education and career progression; volunteers for and shows initiative on both internal and external projects and tasks.A positive attitude is a must as well as emotional intelligence Collaborative approach, contributing to a culture of teamwork and engagement
