Senior Collibra & Data Governance Specialist – 10+ YearsLocation – PAN IndiaSummaryAn excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Collibra & Data Governance Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform, metadata management, workflow automation, and enterprise data governance initiatives.Your Future EmployerAn Indian multinational technology company providing information technology, consulting, and business process services to global enterprises.Responsibilities• Configure and manage Collibra communities, domains, roles, and responsibilities • Build and customize workflows using Collibra Workflow Designer (BPMN / Groovy) • Capture and maintain business and technical lineage using Lineage Harvester and APIs • Integrate business glossaries with physical metadata (tables, columns, systems) • Define, manage, and monitor data quality rules within Collibra • Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to onboard new data sources • Automate governance processes and integrate Collibra with external systems using REST APIs • Establish data ownership, stewardship, and approval workflows • Support compliance, governance policies, and metadata standards across the organizationRequirements• 7+ years of experience in Data Governance • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Collibra (real project implementation, not documentation-only) • Strong expertise in metadata management, data ownership, and stewardship models • Experience with Collibra Lineage Harvester, workflow automation, and APIs • Ability to map business glossary terms to technical assets • Exposure to data quality tools (Informatica IDQ, Great Expectations, etc.) is a plus • Knowledge of Collibra Protect is desirable • Experience with ITIL processes and enterprise governance frameworksWhat’s in it for You• A stimulating work environment with equal employment opportunities • Opportunity to work with industry leaders and enterprise-scale data platforms • A meritocratic culture with strong career progression and learning opportunitiesReach UsIf you believe this role aligns with your career aspirations, please share your updated CV at
