If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where design meets data, this role is for youKey ResponsibilitiesCreate and refresh listing images, A+ content, and brand store creatives across marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra)Design static performance marketing creatives per monthDevelop UGC-style creatives and short video assets for paid campaignsWork closely with performance marketing team to improve CTRMaintain strict adherence to brand guidelines, visual identity, typography, and color systemsDevelop campaign logos and build strong brand trademark visual assetsCreate social media creatives and support engagement rate targetsDeliver static creatives and video creatives within given timelineParticipate in monthly brainstorming sessions and contribute 1–2 campaign ideas per monthCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and category teamsKey Skills & Competencies3–5 years of experience in D2C, ecommerce, or performance-led brandsStrong understanding of marketplace creatives- banners, listing, A+ content designProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)Basic understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, engagement rate, and conversion to judge the performance of the creative.Ability to manage high creative volumes without compromising qualityStrong ownership mindset with attention to detailGood communication and collaboration skillsOptional / Good-to-Have SkillsExperience in skincare / beauty / lifestyle brandsMotion graphics and short-form video editing skillsWorking knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or 3D tools like BlenderBasic understanding of A/B testing creatives for performance optimizationPortfolio RequirementMandatory submission of a design portfolio showcasing:Marketplace creativesPerformance marketing adsSocial media creativesBrand identity or campaign work
