Key Responsibilities1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting• End-to-end reporting and management of the Business Development Teams.• Track daily, weekly, and monthly performances of all BDAs and Team Leads.• Monitor revenue realization, lead management and conversion, and follow-up discipline.• Consolidate performance metrics (individual and team-wise) and share structured reports with management.• Ensure CRM is updated in real-time and aligns with reporting dashboards.Ensure all daily/weekly tasks and revenue targets are clearly communicated and achieved.• Coordinate with other departments to ensure end-to-end process flow and accountability.• Conduct daily floor huddles to align team focus and communicate key priorities.• Conduct periodic performance reviews with Team Leads and BDs.• Identify gaps in conversion, communication, or process adherence and derive action items for improvement. • Conduct regular skill enhancement sessions (weekly/monthly)• Ensure strict adherence to internal SOPs, QA standards, and compliance requirements.• Maintain proper documentation of all escalations, reviews, and interventions.
