*Please note this role would be for Softsens Division.Key Responsibilities:Financial Accounting & ReportingOwn and manage the books of accounts, ensuring accurate monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory requirements.Statutory ComplianceCoordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory filings and audits.Manage and ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and ROC regulations.Financial Planning & AnalysisPrepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.Monitor financial performance and highlight risks and opportunitiesWorking Capital & Cash Flow ManagementManage cash flows, working capital cycles, and payment planning to ensure financial efficiencyTrack receivables, payables, and optimize liquidity.Product Costing & Profitability AnalysisDrive product costing, BOM validation, and SKU-level margin analysis.Monitor profitability across product categories and recommend corrective actions.Channel & Marketplace Financial ManagementTrack profitability by General Trade, Modern Trade, D2C, and Marketplace channels.Analyze marketplace commissions, advertising spends, logistics costs, and return-related expenses.MIS & Business InsightsDevelop MIS dashboards and analytical reports to support decision-making for Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.Provide actionable insights on financial performance and operational efficiency.Technical Skills and Knowledge10-12 years of experience in Finance roles within FMCG, Consumer Goods, E-commerce, or Retail organizations.Prior start-up experience will be an added advantage.Strong understanding of E-commerce & Quick commerce unit economics and channel profitability.Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel / dashboardsHands-on, execution-oriented approach with problem-solving capability.
