The brand is recognized for its editorial-style storytelling, premium aesthetics, and carefully curated photography experiences.At Kaya Chitra, every photoshoot is thoughtfully planned from concept to delivery, ensuring each client receives a personalized and memorable experience.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Experience Coordinator at Kaya Chitra located in Vesu, Surat.The Creative Experience Coordinator will act as the key link between clients and the studio team, ensuring every photoshoot runs smoothly from concept planning to final delivery.The role involves client communication, moodboard creation, shoot coordination, and workflow management with the photographer, editor, and studio team to maintain Kaya Chitra’s premium creative standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and shoot expectationsCreate and organize moodboards and visual references for maternity and baby photoshootsCoordinate closely with the photographer, editor, and studio team to align on shoot concepts and preparationEnsure smooth workflow from booking → concept planning → shoot day → editing → final deliveryTrack shoot schedules, editing progress, and delivery timelinesMaintain organized records of shoot concepts, references, and client requirementsEnsure every project reflects Kaya Chitra’s signature artistic and luxury aestheticQualificationsStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to translate client ideas into clear visual concepts and moodboardsBasic understanding of photography aesthetics, styling, and creative directionStrong organizational and project management abilitiesAbility to collaborate with photographers, editors, and studio staffAttention to detail and commitment to delivering a premium client experiencePrevious experience in creative coordination, photography studios, fashion styling, or content production is an advantageJob DetailsSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Plus Incentives)Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PMWeekly Off: Any one fixed weekdayLocation: Vesu, SuratJob Type: Full-time (On-site)
