The candidates should have prior working experience in manufacturing or infrastructure companies preferably at their Head Offices.Job Location : Nagpur, Maharashtra.Designation : Manager or Sr. Manager / Assistant General ManagerQualification : Qualified Chartered Accountant (Candidate having sound academics will be givenpreference).Post Qualification Work Experience :For First Position : 5 – 8 Years in Corporate Finance.For Second Position : 7 – 12 Years in Corporate Finance.Job Profile :Having Work Experience in Corporate Finance in majority or all of the following Work areas : Making Techno Economic Feasibility Reports, Preparation of CMA Data, Ratio Analysis, Financial Modelling, Preparation of Presentations Drafting of Letters. Debt Syndication, Raising Working Capital and Term Loans Liasioning, Appraisal & Dealing with various Bankers, Financial Institutions andForeign Investors. Equity Issuance Loan Documentation and Security Perfection Compliances and MIS Dealing with Top level Commercial, Legal and Financial Consultants Handling Credit Ratings Fixed Assets and Business Valuations, title search reports. Corporate Reporting and Corporate Communications. Stakeholders engagement. Regulatory and contractual compliances Sound Communication skills Candidate need to be quite adept in MS Office and IT tools and must have fluency andcommand over spoken and written English.
