Key NotesInternally this role is referred to as a US Healthcare SchedulerTraining will be provided from scratch for the scheduling workflowCandidates with experience in US call center, customer service, or soft-skills training roles are encouraged to applyRemote role with 1 mandatory onsite day per monthOnly local Hyderabad candidates accepted (no relocation) ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls from healthcare facility managers and healthcare professionalsManage shift updates, last-minute schedule changes, overtime (OT), double time (DT), and urgent shift coverageCoordinate between healthcare staff and facility schedulersUpdate and track activities in internal scheduling systems / tracking toolsEnsure timely communication and resolution of scheduling issues RequirementsMinimum 6 months experience in US night shift customer service / call centerStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced scheduling environmentComfortable working in rotational shifts including weekends Note: This is a 5-day work week, but shifts may sometimes include Saturday or Sunday, with weekday offs provided accordingly.
