Qualification and Experience:Semi qualified CA/CMA with 8+ years of experience in Taxation, Controls and Compliance.Job description: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for TDS vertical. Lead a team to ensure overall delivery of services as per agreed SLA's & KPI's as defined between FSSC and clients.Control, monitor and improve the service levels related to the FSSC related direct tax activitiesMonitor the correctness of TDS accounting by reviewing the masters and the P&L and Balance sheet accounts on a monthly basisManage and supervise team to ensure that the deadlines & deliverables of FSSC TDS requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure on time filing of TDS returns for all businessesPrepare a monthly reconciliation with returns and follow up for closure of reconciliation items.Prepare & share the monthly TDS schedules to all businessesPerform liability vs. input credit knock off on a monthly basis and automate this process for all businesses.Handle the FSSC deliverables with respect to audits and assessments by providing invoice supporting or financial data where required. Collaborate with auditors to ensure successful completion of audit and compliance with respect to accounting as per Statutory and Group guidelines. Drive improvement projects for reducing manual efforts and optimizing operational efficiencies.Ensure compliance with the Internal Control principles as per the group’s Internal Control Reference framework.
