Role: Cost Engineers Conveyor and fixturesExperience: 3-6 yrsJob Location: PuneJob Description:Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment, and services based on project scope and specifications.• Develop and maintain cost summary sheets relation with project budgets• Work closely with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to align cost objectives with technical requirements.• Track actual costs against budgets; analyze variances and report findings.• Maintain cost control systems and ensure compliance with procedures• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of changes.• Develop and introduce new standards, methods, and procedures for cost engineering.• Detailed calculations flow into the module strategy for plant engineering.• Analyze technical and commercial cost center levers.• Knowledge of MS-Office, Power BI, and other costing software.• Technical background in equipment Planning and costing.• Good hands-on Experience & Exposure to Costing of Equipment includes parts of conveyors and fixtures along with bought out parts costing.• Sound technical knowledge of production processes and systems, especially their project planning, should costing, Install and commissioning.• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills• Team Player• Effective interpersonal skills• Have a good sense of responsibility and organizational skills
