Job SummaryThe Salesforce Implementation Lead is responsible for leading the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions across the organization. This role oversees end-to-end Salesforce implementations, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and partners to ensure solutions align with business goals, follow best practices, and are delivered on time and within scope.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full lifecycle Salesforce implementations (planning, design, build, test, deploy, and support)Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during Salesforce projectsTranslate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutionsLead and mentor Salesforce administratorsManage implementation timelines, scope, risks, and dependenciesEnsure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and governance standardsOversee data migration, integrations, and system testingCoordinate with third-party and internal vendorsSupport user adoption through training, documentation, and change managementDrive continuous improvement and optimization of Salesforce solutions post-launchRequirements7+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce ConsultantSalesforce Admin Certification is required. Additional Salesforce Certifications are preferredExperience working with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement custom solutionsStrong knowledge of Agile project delivery practices, requirements gathering, user story prioritization and solid UAT guidelines requiredProficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations and other online collaboration tools like JIRA and Teams are requiredExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work as well as work independently is necessaryStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture and core platform features. Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and data migration strategiesStrong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing client demands.Learning agility, including a demonstrated ability to pick up and master business and technical subject matters quickly.
