We build high-performance persuasion teams for US markets and operate on structured KPI frameworks, CRM-driven execution, and strict performance metrics.Role OverviewWe are hiring experienced US outbound voice sales professionals with a minimum of 2+ years of US sales experience. This is a high-performance persuasion role, not a customer support position. Candidates must demonstrate strong objection handling, confidence, and the ability to close US prospects effectively.Key Responsibilities• Conduct outbound voice calls to US prospects.• Persuade and onboard technicians into the network.• Build rapport within the first 60 seconds of conversation.• Handle objections confidently and close effectively.• Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-up cycles.• Meet daily dial targets and monthly onboarding KPIs.Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)• Minimum 2+ years of US voice-based outbound sales experience.• Flawless or neutral American accent (no strong MTI).• Experience handling US objections and compliance scenarios.• Strong closing mindset with high rejection tolerance.• Comfortable working US Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST).Compensation StructureIn-Hand Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per monthPerformance Incentives: 40,000 – 50,000 per monthHigh Performers Earning Potential: 90,000+ per monthSelection Process• Accent Assessment Round• Live Mock Sales Call Evaluation• US Objection Handling Simulation• Final Leadership InteractionHow to ApplyContact: Chhaya – HRPhone: 7416015888Email: Send Resume + Mandatory Voice Sample
