Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly driven B2B Sales Executive / Manager who can build and grow wholesale and bulk sales channels. The candidate should have a strong network of buyers in the apparel industry and be capable of managing the entire B2B sales cycle — from lead generation and sampling to order execution and repeat business.The role requires someone who can independently handle buyer acquisition, sampling coordination, factory communication, order execution, and relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & SalesIdentify and onboard new B2B customers including wholesalers, retailers, multi-brand stores, boutiques, resellers, corporate buyers, and institutional clientsLeverage existing buyer network and personal database of customers to generate businessBuild a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, market visits, referrals, exhibitions, LinkedIn, and distributor networksPresent product collections, pricing, MOQ structures, margins, and delivery timelines to buyersConvert leads into orders and build long-term repeat business relationshipsSampling & Product CoordinationManage the entire sampling process from buyer requirement to sample deliveryCoordinate internally for sample development and product customizationCommunicate buyer feedback to product and sampling teamsEnsure timely dispatch and follow-up of samplesOrder Execution & Factory CoordinationManage end-to-end order execution once a deal is closedCoordinate with factories, production teams, and sourcing teams to ensure timely manufacturingMonitor order progress, production timelines, and dispatch schedulesEnsure product specifications and quality requirements are metCustomer & Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with buyers to ensure repeat orders and long-term partnershipsHandle buyer onboarding including catalog sharing, pricing sheets, order terms, and documentationMaintain communication for order updates, production status, and deliveriesTrack payments, collections, and credit cyclesMarket IntelligenceGather insights on market demand, trending products, competitor pricing, and buyer preferencesShare feedback with internal teams to improve product development and sales strategyRequirements3–6+ years experience in B2B apparel sales / wholesaleMust have an existing database/network of buyersExperience handling sampling, buyer coordination, and production follow-upsStrong negotiation and deal-closing skillsComfortable handling targets and sales pipelineGood communication skills (Hindi + English; local language preferred)Willingness to travel for buyer meetings and market visitsComfortable with Excel / Google Sheets / CRM toolsKey SkillsB2B lead generation & client acquisitionWholesale sales & bulk order managementSampling and buyer requirement managementFactory coordination and production follow-upsNegotiation and pricing strategyAccount management and relationship buildingSales reporting and forecasting
