Our approach defines the creative strategies that resonate at each stage of the consumer decision journey, resulting in profitable growth.About the Role:AdMax Local Digital is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager (Paid Search & Paid Social) to lead, mentor, and scale a globally distributed team of Growth Marketing Specialists across Paid Search and Paid Social for our Real Eyes team. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role that blends people management, strategic ownership, and direct execution.The Lead will be accountable for portfolio-level performance, global best-practice adoption, and talent development, while also personally managing a select set of high-impact Paid Search and Paid Social accounts across international markets.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Global Delivery:Lead, coach, and develop a team of Growth Marketing Specialists across regions and time zones Own onboarding, training plans, skill progression, and ongoing performance management Establish and enforce global best practices, QA frameworks, and delivery standards Provide strategic oversight and escalation support for complex or underperforming accounts Build a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvementAct as senior strategic owner for assigned global accounts Translate client business objectives into scalable Paid Search and Paid Social strategiesLead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), annual planning, and test roadmapsPartner closely with Creative, Analytics, CRO, and Client Leadership teams to deliver integrated growth strategiesSupport senior client communications and strategic presentationsHands-on Channel Execution:Personally manage and optimize a subset of Paid Search and Paid Social accounts Build, launch, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and emerging platforms Drive structured experimentation across keywords, audiences, bidding strategies, creatives, and landing experiences Ensure strong measurement foundations, attribution readiness, and tracking accuracyOwn performance reporting, insights generation, and outcome-focused storytellingIdentify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across global portfoliosEnsure data-driven decision-making using platform insights, analytics tools, and test resultsDrive efficiency, scale, and incremental revenue growth across regionsDevelop and maintain learning agendas for clients around key projects for campaign structure, audiences, creative and measurement.Methodical A/B testing of keywords, ads and other media tacticsSupport media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs.Requires strong project management skills to prioritize day-to-day standard tasks, test activation, and campaign optimization.Participate in internal meetings, share, and collaborate with all team members. Own Meta Measurement and incrementality programs (e.g., Conversion Lift / Brand Lift) to quantify true incremental impact and inform scaling decisionsBuild and optimize eCommerce social programs including Catalog Ads / Dynamic Product Ads, product set strategy, feed diagnostics, and merchandising-led creativeLead attribution testing across platforms and analytics (e.g., Meta vs GA4), validate conversion paths, and recommend reporting/optimization adjustmentsImplement, QA, and troubleshoot Meta Pixel + Conversions API (CAPI) setups including event mapping, deduplication, AEM configuration, and fixing data-quality gapsKey KPIs & Success MetricsSuccess in this role will be measured by:Achievement of client revenue, ROAS, CPA, and efficiency targets across Paid Search and Paid Social Consistent portfolio growth and scalability across global markets Quality and consistency of testing frameworks and learnings adoption Client retention, satisfaction scores, and expansion opportunities Team performance indicators including skill progression, utilization, and retention Reduction in errors, rework, and last-minute escalations through strong QA and planning Timely delivery against SLAs, roadmaps, and strategic commitmentsRequirements:This role requires working remotely from 4am to 1pm PST10+ years of experience in Paid Search and Paid Social, with significant agency experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline4+ years of experience in strong tracking implementation skills: Meta Pixel + CAPI, GA4/GTM (including server-side where applicable), event schema design, and ongoing troubleshootingHands-on expertise in Meta Measurement (lift tests), eCommerce Catalog/Dynamic Product Ads, and attribution methodologiesProven experience leading and scaling high-performing global marketing teams Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta.
