We are seeking a motivated and academically strong Associate Professor (Full-Time Faculty) to join our esteemed institution. The role involves teaching undergraduate students, supporting academic delivery, & contributing to the overall learning ecosystem of the college.This position is ideal for B.Tech., M.tech. PhD / BCA, MCA, Ph.D. (Completed or pursuing in same field) will be added advantage who are passionate about teaching, mentoring students, and building a long-term academic career.Key Responsibilities:Deliver effective classroom and laboratory teaching for B.Tech programs in Computer Science and allied areas.Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments in line with the prescribed curriculum and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) framework.Guide and evaluate B.Tech student projects, ensuring quality, innovation, and industry relevance.Mentor students for academic progress, career guidance, internships, and professional development.Participate in curriculum development, add-on courses, and continuous improvement activities.Contribute to departmental academic, administrative, and accreditation-related activities.Engage in basic research activities and encourage undergraduate research initiatives.Adhere to institutional policies, academic ethics, and quality assurance practices.Eligibility Criteria:B.Tech., M.Tech(CS/IT/AI) , BCA, MCA, Ph.D. (Completed or pursuing in same field) Strong subject knowledge in the relevant engineering/technology disciplineGood communication and presentation skillsPassion for teaching and student developmentFreshers are welcome to applyPreferred Skills:Basic understanding of outcome-based education and academic processesAbility to explain concepts clearly and engage students effectivelyWillingness to learn, adapt, and grow in an academic environmentFamiliarity with academic tools, LMS, or digital teaching platforms is a plusInterested candidates can send their updated resume to: Please mention “Application for Assosiate Professor – Full Time” in the subject line.
