Role : Sponsorship Manager for The Gathering (Responsibilities1. Sponsorship Acquisition & ManagementIdentify and target ideal sponsors whose ethos, audience, and market presence align with The Gathering’s brand.Design customized sponsorship packages that offer tiered benefits, unique experiences, and immersive brand integrations without disrupting The Gathering including Institutional sales. Pitch and close sponsorship deals through strategic outreach, tailored proposals, and persuasive storytelling.Manage sponsor relationships with care — from onboarding to post-event wrap-up.Oversee contract execution and fulfillment, ensuring all sponsorship deliverables are met and exceeded.Work cross-functionally with comms, marketing, programming, production, and design teams to integrate sponsor activations seamlessly into the festival experience.Act as a brand ambassador at key events and meetings, articulating the vision of The Gathering to potential partners and stakeholders.2. Financial Oversight & ReportingDevelop and manage the sponsorship budget and forecasting revenue projections.Track sponsorship performance, including ROI, brand visibility, engagement, and satisfaction metrics.Generate regular reports and insights for internal stakeholders and sponsors.3. Marketing, Collateral & Support along with the extended team Create impactful outreach & communications materials, including decks, one-pagers, and digital content in liaison with the comms team. Conduct market research to stay ahead of sponsorship trends, competitor activity, and brand expectations.Support sponsor activations on-ground, coordinating logistics, setup, and ensuring all deliverables are met.Oversee all partner activations and deliverables on-ground — ensuring visibility, brand alignment, and a seamless guest experience.Track and report performance against KPIs, including brand reach, engagement, and ROI.Reports to- Festival Founder + Creative Director
