In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for students and professionals seeking guidance on their academic and professional paths.As a startup, we value ownership. You won’t just be counselling; you will be building relationships, managing student success stories, and contributing to our growth strategy.Key Responsibilities:Student Assessment: Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand students' profiles, interests, financial backgrounds, and career aspirations.Strategic Guidance: Provide expert advice on university selection, course matching, and career roadmaps (focusing on destinations like (e.g., Germany, Ireland, Italy, France, Spain, Denmark)Application Management: Assist students with the end-to-end application process, including reviewing SOPs (Statements of Purpose), LORs, and ensuring timely submission of documents.Pipeline Management: diligently manage leads and student data using our CRM; follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into enrollments.Knowledge Building: Stay updated on the latest visa regulations, university policies, and global labor market trends to provide accurate advice.Outreach: Participate in webinars, educational fairs, and workshops to represent Global Minds India and engage with potential students.What We Are Looking For:Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience in career counselling, overseas education.Education: Bachelor’s degree is mandatory. A background in Psychology, Education, or Human Resources is a plus.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are non-negotiable.
