We are looking for detail-oriented Hindi (India) speakers to join Lighthouse 3 , a large-scale text data annotation project. This project involves annotating and labeling language text according to detailed, client-provided guidelines. Tasks may include identifying themes, sentiments, categories, and other linguistic features within text data. You will be responsible for following precise annotation instructions, performing self-checks to ensure accuracy, and providing feedback to support continuous process improvement. This is a remote, in-country opportunity with a weekly commitment of 20–30 hours . Main Requirements Speaker of Hindi (India) Physically located in India Good level of English to understand guidelines and communicate with the Centific team Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete time-bound tasks accurately and efficiently Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to perform repetitive tasks without a decrease in quality Minimum weekly availability of 20–30 hours Other Requirements Basic computer skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 , including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint General knowledge of online communication tools such as Microsoft Teams Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset Highly organized and able to work independently Self-motivated and comfortable working as part of a remote team Important Compensation: $2.50 per hour This project contributes to improving AI-related technologies , helping make them more inclusive and culturally diverse. Work is fully remote but must be completed within India . Accuracy, consistency, and strict adherence to annotation guidelines are essential for success in this role.
