We are dedicated to creating and managing exceptional residential and commercial properties that reflect the unique visions of our clients.Role DescriptionDrives property sales by assigning clients, understanding their needs, showing properties, negotiating deals, and closing transactions, while also building relationships, analysing market trends, meeting targets, and handling paperwork, essentially guiding buyers/sellers from inquiry to possession with strong market knowledge and sales skills.3 years of Real estate experience in Channel sales.Key Responsibilities:· Lead Generation& Client Management: Identify potential clients from the assigned leads, generate leads, and build lasting relationships through proactive outreach and networking.· Property Expertise: Advise clients on buying, selling, or leasing, providing market insights, property evaluations, and recommendations.· Sales & Negotiation: Conduct property viewings, negotiate purchase agreements, and close sales to meet targets.· Market Analysis: Stay updated on local market trends, property values, competitors, and legal requirements.· Documentation & Reporting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and manage contracts and documentation.Essential Skills and Qualifications:· Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.· Deep understanding of the real estate market.· Client relationship management.· Ability to work in a target-driven environment.· Education: A Bachelor’s Degree is compulsory and if a bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.· Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar high-performance sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.o Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.o Self-motivation and a goal-oriented, results-driven mindset.o Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.o Deep knowledge of the local real estate market and industry laws.This is for residential and commercial real estate and the specific experience level we are looking into.CTC is open for discussion
