To know more about our solutions, capabilities, and global presence, visit our website: OverviewVEGA Global is looking for an experienced Manager Onsite Project Delivery (EMEA & North America Region) to lead end-to-end delivery of Audio Visual (AV) systems integration projects in Bangalore with strong experience in AV Project Management & Delivery, Unified Communications (UC), Video Conferencing, AVoIP, Control Systems, and Enterprise AV deployments.About the RoleThe AV Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, technical coordination, stakeholder management, budgeting, execution, commissioning, and handover of enterprise AV Systems. This role requires strong expertise in AV systems integration, Project Management & coordination, and multi-vendor project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionManage full project lifecycle from initiation to financial closureDevelop project plans, schedules, risk registers, and cost estimatesMonitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and resource allocationEnsure compliance with project scope and change management processesTechnical & Systems IntegrationOversee design documentation including:Room MatrixBill of Materials (BOM)Line Diagrams & Signal FlowRack ElevationsCoordinate installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of:Video Conferencing Systems (Zoom, MS Teams Rooms, Webex)AVoIP & Networked AVDSP systems (Biamp, QSC, Crestron)Control Systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX)LED walls, Digital Signage, Projection systemsStakeholder & Vendor ManagementCoordinate with:Clients & End UsersIT, Facilities & MEP teamsProcurement & Supply ChainOEMs & AV PartnersManage vendor performance and subcontractor executionDrive stakeholder communication, escalation handling, and reportingCommissioning & HandoverLead UAT, system testing, certification, and documentationEnsure smooth transition to Service / Managed Services teamsDrive client satisfaction and post-installation support alignmentRequired Experience8–15 years of experience in AV Systems Integration & Projects.
