With a strong foundation in our values of Service Spirit, Team Spirit, and Spirit of Progress, working at Sodexo is more than just a job-it’s a chance to be part of something bigger.Join us and act with purpose every day!Position Title: Manager/Senior Manager- Marketing (Food/Culinary)Location: BangaloreRole Overview:Lead the development, deployment and execution of regional food program marketing and communications strategies.Drive culinary marketing, food experience storytelling and brand engagement across multiple sites.Activate campaigns, events and communication programs that educate users on food program intentionality and enhance community sentiment.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (culinary, behavioral science, procurement, operations, wellness, etc.) to deliver impactful food marketing initiatives.Manage and coach a multidisciplinary marketing team; guide non-report project teams when required.Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Food Program DeploymentDevelop and roll out food marketing strategies, campaigns and internal/external communications.Create and manage culinary engagement initiatives, food experience events and food‑focused educational campaigns.Maintain and evolve brand identity and communication tools supporting food experience goals.Deploy integrated marketing plans across digital, on-site and experiential channels.Lead content development related to food programs, culinary stories, wellness themes and sustainability initiatives.Engagement & Experience DesignIdentify creative ways to engage users through food experiences, culinary activations and menu‑driven storytelling.Build trust and awareness by communicating program philosophy, sourcing principles, nutrition focus and responsible food practices.Enhance user participation and advocacy through innovative engagement programs.Internal & External CommunicationsManage all consumer‑facing communications related to food programs across the region.Oversee internal communications to ensure alignment among vendor teams and on‑site staff.Provide ongoing training and guidance on branding, communication tone and conversation management.Stakeholder CollaborationCoordinate with regional program managers, cross‑functional teams and global marketing partners.Co‑create initiatives supporting broader food program architecture and organizational goals.Act as a key communication resource for regional leadership and operational partners.Innovation & InsightsResearch trends in food service, culinary innovation, wellness, nutrition, and workplace food experiences.Use insights to shape marketing strategy and enhance food program deployment.Drive experimentation with new formats, channels and engagement tools.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.5–7 years of experience in marketing/communications, ideally in Food/F&B, culinary marketing or hospitality marketing.Strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.Experience with both internal and external communications.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to analyze trends and produce insights-based recommendations.Prior experience in brand management, especially in food or consumer-facing environments.Proficiency in productivity tools (documents, sheets, presentations).Exposure to multi-site operational environments (hotels, cafeterias, corporate food programs, QSRs, F&B chains).Why SODEXOHealthy Work-Life BalanceLeadership DevelopmentGlobal Career OpportunitiesCross-Functional CollaborationInclusive CultureCompetitive CompensationComprehensive Health & Wellness BenefitsDisclaimer: If you do not hear from us within 14 days of your application, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.
