We welcome professionals who are committed to evidence-based practice, academic excellence, and holistic mental health care.Qualifications & RequirementsM.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution (RCI approved) / PsyD in Clinical Psychology.Valid RCI Registration as a Clinical Psychologist.Relevant clinical experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions.Expertise in areas such as psychological testing, psychotherapy, counseling, behavioral therapy, and mental health interventions.Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.Commitment to ethical practice, patient care, and academic growth.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic interventions for individuals with mental health concerns.Provide individual, group, and family counseling/psychotherapy using evidence-based techniques.Administer and interpret psychological tests and assessments.Support the mental health and well-being of students and staff through counseling and awareness programs.Contribute to teaching, training, and mentoring psychology students in clinical practices.Participate in research, publications, and academic activities related to mental health and psychology.Maintain proper clinical documentation, ethical standards, and professional practices.
