The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of design, conceptual thinking, and hands-on motion graphics capability.Key Responsibilities• Develop strong visual concepts for integrated campaigns • Create impactful designs for digital, social media, films, and brand campaigns • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life • Deliver high-quality creative outputs across multiple formats and platforms • Lead visual storytelling through motion graphics, animation, and dynamic design • Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across projects • Present creative ideas confidently to internal teams and clientsWhat We’re Looking For• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and visual craft • Motion graphics experience is a must (After Effects / animation / dynamic content) • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) • Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment • Strong understanding of digital-first storytelling and social contentExperience Range• Art Director: entry level / 1-2 years • Senior Art Director: 2-4 years • Group Head – Art: 5+ years with team leadership experienceLocation
