Essential Functions*: Review, redline and negotiate terms and conditions of business contracts for the solar industry. Drive diligence of contracts reviews to ensure all risks are identified. Prepare and review non-disclosure agreements, contract amendments and other contract types with minimal supervision. Coordinate as needed with key stakeholders in Legal, Sales, Engineering, and Operations. Review purchase orders to confirm compliance with quoted pricing, and terms of the agreement to ensure that all required elements are accurately captured. Escalate and coordinate with Corporate Counsel for guidance on risk analysis and contract disputes. Maintain record of all contracts and agreements and ensure all contracts remain current with timely renewal(s). Review vendor and supplier contracts. Manage signature process. Manage the contracts repository. Required Experience & Skills: A bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) is preferred.3+ years of prior contracts/experience in redlining, negotiating and administering contracts Relevant experience in EPC / clean energy industry (preferably solar industry)/construction strongly preferred Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment 4 hrs. overlapping with US hours Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong time and project management skills Excellent computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office applications
