UX Writer - Needed for a major fintech client based out of Bengaluru, India. Key Responsibilities• Work closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers tosupport and contribute to new content development for servicing journeys acrossweb and mobile.• Apply UX writing and brand guidelines/standards to drive consistency in content.• Use customer feedback, user research, and other documentation to help identifyareas for improvement in content.• Advocate for content and design decisions with supporting evidence.• Assist with proofreading and editing provided content.Qualifications• 3+ years experience.• Deep knowledge of UX writing principles and best practices.• Clearly articulates how copy addresses objectives and solves problems.• A champion for collaboration, early and often.• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in an agileenvironment.• Is an ambassador for UX, with experience communicating to business partners howUX writing and design delivers on user and business goals.• Understanding of digital accessibility and inclusive design principles. As well as UXdesign principles, patterns, and interactions Pivots quickly and supports severalprojects simultaneously.• Exudes positivity, requires minimal supervision, and has a strong work ethic.• Able to work in-office from Bengaluru Location at least 3 days/week.*this position will require flexible working hours to match UK/US Time zone, as and when needed.
