Job Title: US IT RecruiterExperience: 2–4 YearsLocation: Somajiguda, Hyderabad (Onsite)Shift: US Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST)Industry: US Staffing & RecruitmentAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment.Key Responsibilities• Source and identify qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.• Review and screen resumes based on client requirements and technical skill sets.• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements from direct clients, MSPs, and prime vendors.• Conduct initial HR screening and technical evaluation of candidates.• Submit qualified candidates to clients within quick turnaround time.• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.• Negotiate salary/rate terms and ensure successful closures.• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients during the hiring process.• Update and maintain candidate data in ATS/CRM systems.• Ensure compliance with US work authorization types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD).Required Skills• 2–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing• Strong experience working with VMS/MSP clients and direct clients• Good understanding of IT technologies and job roles• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Ability to work in US Night ShiftsJob Details
