Experience Required: 7+ years of Finance Business Analysis experience with strong NetSuite functional expertise.Locations: Bengaluru / NoidaSummaryThe Senior Business Analyst – Finance will serve as the functional expert partnering with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT to optimize and support NetSuite ERP processes. This role requires deep understanding of finance workflows, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, billing, GL functions, and reporting. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document business processes, deliver enhancements, and drive operational excellence across Finance systems. This position is critical for enabling scalable finance operations as the business grows.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Finance leaders to understand business needs and translate them into system and process requirements.Serve as the NetSuite functional expert for Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Billing, Revenue, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.Document current-state and future-state business processes, data flows, and functional requirements.Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or system enhancements.Support month-end and year-end close by enabling reliable, accurate financial data flows.Work with cross-functional teams including CRM, ERP, Integrations, and Data Engineering to ensure seamless QTC and PTP workflows.Support NetSuite configuration changes, testing cycles, UAT, training, and deployment activities.Assist Finance stakeholders with reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and data validation.Educate teams on system functionality, best practices, dependencies, and process governance.Collaborate with integration teams (Boomi/ADF) to ensure accurate and timely data flow across platforms.Document SOPs, training materials, process maps, and functional specifications.Required Qualifications7+ years of experience as a Finance Business Analyst or similar role.Strong hands-on functional knowledge of NetSuite Finance modules.Experience with Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Billing, GL, and period close processes.Ability to document complex business processes and translate them into functional system requirements.Experience working with integrations between CRM, ERP, and financial systems.Strong understanding of financial reporting, data accuracy, reconciliation, and controls.Excellent communication skills with ability to educate and influence cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
