The company operates in 50+ countries with 300+ clients globally and has a strong presence in the UK financial services market.Job SummaryThe India Solutions Head acts as a strategic techno-functional expert and trusted advisor, bridging the gap between Intellect’s solutions and client needs. Based in India, this individual will also play aconsulting role within India while overseeing the solutioning responsibilities for the entire India region.This role is critical in driving solution adoption, providing techno-functional guidance, and supporting sales and delivery teams to ensure customer success and business growth. A key focus will be the promotion and integration of eMACH.ai platforms and solutions across wholesale banking, retail banking, and fintech verticals.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales Engagement & SolutioningPartner with sales teams to understand client challenges across banking and financial institutions.Present customized solutions covering areas such as core banking, digital payments, lending, risk, and compliance.Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and POCs, showcasing business value.Support RFP/RFI responses with technical accuracy and business alignment.2. Industry-Specific Solution DesignDesign tailored BFSI solutions addressing key use cases like fraud, compliance, and operational efficiency.Ensure seamless integration with core banking systems, payment gateways, and risk tools.Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure alignment with regional needs.3. Regulatory & Compliance ExpertiseStay abreast of IMEA-specific regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, Basel III, PCI DSS).Ensure proposed solutions are fully compliant with local and global standards.4. Customer Engagement & AdvisoryAct as a strategic advisor, providing thought leadership on digital banking transformation.Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.Deliver post-sales consultancy to drive adoption and solution optimization.5. Regional Strategy & ExpertiseLeverage understanding of India BFSI market trends to shape GTM strategy.Adapt solutions to regional nuances (cultural, regulatory, language).Travel as needed to engage clients and partners across the IMEA region.6. Internal Enablement & Knowledge SharingConduct training sessions for clients, partners, and internal teams.Develop and maintain reusable assets such as whitepapers, case studies, technical guides.7. Market Intelligence & FeedbackGather insights from the field and relay feedback to internal teams.Collaborate with marketing for region-specific content and campaigns.
