Job Title

Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Education or a related field.B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience in Early Years, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or coordination role.Experience in IB PYP / Early Years curriculum will be an added advantage.Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy, child development, and inquiry-based learning.Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.Ability to lead curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, and parent engagement.Familiarity with school documentation, assessments, and programme implementation.
