Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and strategic AVP – Client Servicing to lead key client relationships and drive growth across experiential marketing and corporate event mandates.This role will be responsible for managing large accounts, leading client servicing teams, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless execution of high-impact experiential campaigns and corporate events.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementLead and manage strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholdersAct as the primary point of contact for senior client leadershipUnderstand client business objectives and translate them into impactful experiential solutionsBusiness Growth & Revenue OwnershipDrive account growth and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling servicesSupport new business development and participate in pitches and proposalsOwn revenue targets for key accounts and ensure profitabilityProject & Campaign OversightOversee planning and execution of corporate events, brand activations, conferences, and experiential campaignsCollaborate with Creative, Strategy, Production, and Operations teams to deliver seamless projectsEnsure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are maintainedTeam LeadershipLead and mentor Client Servicing teamsEnsure strong internal coordination across departmentsBuild a high-performing, client-focused team cultureStrategic ThinkingProvide strategic inputs on campaign direction, brand engagement, and experience designStay updated with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to clientsRequired Skills & Experience12 –15 years of experience in experiential marketing / event management / advertising agenciesStrong experience in client servicing and account leadershipProven track record of managing large corporate accountsExperience in pitching, business development, and revenue managementExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environmentPreferred BackgroundExperience handling corporate events, brand activations, and experiential campaignsPrior experience in a leading event / experiential / advertising agency
