Our C-Tech package offers complete design, engineering, equipment supply, and automation, supported by technologies like MBR, MABR, fibre disc filters, UF membranes, and CCRO.Headquartered in Navi Mumbai with offices in Europe, we also run a 200,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Chakan and a membrane unit in Czechia.Role Definition : The Proposal Engineer – Membrane (UF, RO, MBR, MABR) will be responsible for preparing comprehensive and competitive techno-commercial proposals for wastewater and water recycling projects. This position requires a strong understanding of wastewater treatment technologies, process and hydraulic design, BOQ/BOM preparation, and project cost estimation. The role involves evaluating tender documents, designing treatment schemes, compiling Capex and Opex, and preparing bid documentation in compliance with client and industry requirements. The engineer will also coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality bid submissions.Experience 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Wastewater Treatment and Water Recycling projects.Minimum QualificationsB.E. / B. Tech in Environmental, Chemical Engineering.M.E. / M. Tech is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and evaluate tender documents, technical specifications, and client requirements to develop technically feasible wastewater treatment solutions using technologies such as UF, RO, MBR, and MABR.Perform process design calculations including mass balance, hydraulic calculations, and treatment scheme selection to ensure optimal system performance and compliance with project requirements.Prepare detailed BOQ/BOM covering civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation components along with accurate Capex and Opex estimations for project costing.Develop comprehensive techno-commercial proposals including technical write-ups, datasheets, process flow diagrams, design philosophy, and compliance statements aligned with tender specifications.Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external vendors to obtain equipment quotations, conduct technical-commercial evaluations, and ensure competitive and optimized project pricing.Support bid submissions by preparing DPRs, maintaining proposal documentation and market data, and participating in pre-bid meetings, client discussions, and site visits to ensure timely and high-quality proposal delivery.Interested candidates can share their updated resume at with the subject line 'Proposal Engineer - Membrane'.
