We’re Hiring: Senior Associate – Legal2+ Years Experience | In-House Role | BangaloreWe are looking for a commercially astute Senior Associate – Legal to support our fast-growing online and offline education businesses. If you enjoy working closely with business teams and navigating regulatory frameworks in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.What You’ll Do:Contracting & Commercial SupportDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including vendor agreements, SaaS agreements, MSAs, franchise agreements, SOWs, subscription and collaboration agreementsSupport vendor onboarding, commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and risk mitigationIdentify and assess legal, regulatory, and operational risks in business partnerships and franchise modelsRegulatory & ComplianceEnsure compliance with employment and labour laws (Shops & Establishments, wage laws, state-specific regulations) across centres and officesAssist with compliance under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) — including privacy policies, consent mechanisms, and vendor data protection termsOperations & Legal TechManage contract lifecycle via legal tech platformsOversee execution, stamping, repository management, and audit preparednessWhat We’re Looking For:LL.B / BA LL.B from a recognized university2+ years of relevant experience (in-house preferred)Strong contract drafting and negotiation skillsUnderstanding of labour laws and data protection complianceAbility to work cross-functionally with business, operations, and leadership teams.
