BUSINESS HEAD Role Purpose:Lead the national commercialisation of Dorbimex (SQ53) through strategic planning, hospital onboarding, multi-department adoption, and strong scientific engagement. Drive revenue, team performance, distributor partnerships, and category creation in infection prevention.Key Responsibilities:• Build the national GTM roadmap for ICU, Surgery, Nephrology, Oncology & Critical Care.• Drive hospital activations, contracting, pricing, and gross‑margin management.• Engage KOLs & decision makers — ICU Heads, ID Specialists, Nephrologists, Surgeons, ICNs.• Present and defend Dorbimex evidence (EN standards, residual kill data, clinical case studies).• Secure SOP/protocol inclusion for catheter care, wound care, dialysis exit‑site care, ECMO lines.• Lead the 3‑member launch team with scientific training and monthly reviews.• Build distributor & pharma‑channel partnerships and monitor performance dashboards.• Ensure strict compliance, forecasting accuracy, hospital‑pipeline tracking and reporting.Candidate Profile:• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Life Sciences / MBA preferred.• 6–12+ years in hospital/critical care/pharma/medical device sales.• Must understand ICU workflows, infection control, antiseptic categories.• Proven success in hospital protocol influence.Competencies:• Strategic leadership• Scientific communication• High integrity & compliance• Strong stakeholder influence
