Senior ArchitectArchitect – Villas, Resorts & Design-Centric BuildingsLocationPune / Mumbai (Site visits across Maharashtra)About the RoleWe are looking for a creative yet technically strong Architect who has hands-on experience in designing luxury villas, boutique resorts, and architecturally expressive buildings. The candidate must have a strong understanding of UDCPR regulations, building approvals, and practical construction detailing.This role requires someone who can conceptualize unique architecture while also translating designs into buildable drawings and coordinating with the site execution team.The architect will work closely with the Principal Architect and project teams to deliver design-led architecture that balances aesthetics, functionality, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities1. Architectural DesignConceptualize and design luxury villas, farmhouses, resorts, boutique hospitality projects, and design-centric buildings.Develop concept sketches, design presentations, and 3D visualizations.Prepare site-responsive architecture considering climate, views, and terrain.Develop unique façade concepts, landscape integration, and spatial planning.2. Regulatory Compliance (UDCPR)Ensure designs comply with UDCPR (Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations).Prepare drawings required for sanction approvals and regulatory submissions.Understand and apply:FSI calculationsSetback rulesHeight restrictionsFire safety normsParking requirementsAmenity calculationsCoordinate with consultants for approval drawings and statutory compliance.3. Detailed Architectural DrawingsPrepare complete architectural drawing sets including:Site plansFloor plansSections and elevationsStaircase detailsToilet layoutsDoor & window schedulesFaçade detailsPrepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.Coordinate drawings with structure, MEP, and landscape consultants.4. Construction CoordinationWork closely with site engineers, contractors, and project managers.Resolve design issues during construction.Visit sites periodically to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.Provide technical solutions for construction challenges.5. Design DevelopmentDevelop façade systems, shading devices, and climate-responsive architecture.Integrate natural ventilation, daylighting, and passive cooling strategies.Work on material selection and detailing suitable for villas and resorts.6. Client InteractionParticipate in client meetings and design presentations.Translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic design solutions.Explain design concepts, materials, and spatial planning.7.
