We are seeking an experienced BCM Specialist to join our Risk Advisory team for the implementation of our GRC platform for the customers. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Business Continuity & Crisis Management, you will take ownership of the BCM module delivery, ensuring alignment with clients' strategic objectives, regulatory requirements (including NCEMA Framework, ISO standards, UAE IA, and NIA), and best practices. You will collaborate with our technical team to optimize business processes, customize risk frameworks, and drive user adoption. This role focuses on addressing common challenges such as manual incident response, fragmented information, and lack of real-time visibility by implementing centralized, automated workflows for enhanced organizational resilience.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Impact Analysis (BIA) and Planning:Conduct BIA workshops to define criticality tiers, Recovery Time Objectives (RTO), Maximum Tolerable Period of Disruption (MTPD), and dependencies across client entities.Guide the technical team in developing continuity plans, playbooks, incident response protocols, and exercise tracking mechanisms.Integration and Configuration Guidance:Facilitate integration with existing systems, including the Abu Dhabi Central Crisis Management Operations Center (ADCMC), third-party risk management, cyber security vulnerability management, and other relevant platforms.Set up mass notifications, mobile app access, and dashboards for real-time monitoring and response.Risk Assessment and Monitoring:Lead risk assessments, continuity testing/exercising, and crisis management activities within the BCM module.Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), generate resilience reports, and ensure compliance with NCEMA/ISO standards.Consultancy and Process Optimization:Perform requirements elicitation workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, and provide best-practice recommendations tailored to clients' BCM needs.Focus on standardizing BCM processes to address challenges like slow manual incident response, weak audit trails, and scalability bottlenecks.Testing and Quality Assurance:Define test strategies, create test cases/scripts, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage defects specific to the BCM module.Oversee validation of BCM scenarios, including reporting, notifications, and mobile functionalities.Change Management and User Adoption:Design and implement adoption plans, conduct awareness sessions, and track metrics to ensure smooth user transition.Collaborate on hypercare support post-go-live, including handover documentation and issue resolution.Training and Knowledge Transfer:Deliver role-based training for BCM teams and stakeholders in both Arabic and English.Implement train-the-trainer programs, including materials, simulations, and certification tracking to build internal capabilities.Project Delivery Ownership:Participate in high-level implementation phases, including initiation/planning, requirements/design, configuration/integration, testing/validation, and deployment.Contribute to deliverables such as customized BCM frameworks/workflows, integrated interfaces, migrated data, test plans/UAT reports, defect logs, training records, and hypercare reports.Qualifications and RequirementsExperience:Minimum 10+ years of domain expertise in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management, with a focus on government/public sector GRC implementations.Proven track record in implementing BCM solutions in regulated environments.Experience with BCM tools and platforms, including business impact analysis, risk assessment, continuity planning, testing/exercising, and incident/response management.Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CBCP, MBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer) are highly preferred.Skills and Knowledge:Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as NCEMA, ISO 22301, UAE IA, NIA, and client-specific risk methodologies.Strong expertise in BCM key capabilities: BIA, risk assessment, continuity plans, testing/exercising, crisis management, reporting/dashboards, mobile apps, and notifications.Proficiency in process optimization, workflow automation, and integration with systems like ADCMC and third-party risk tools.Excellent facilitation skills for workshops, training, and stakeholder alignment.Analytical mindset for monitoring KPIs, trend detection, and generating regulator-ready reports.Ability to address challenges like fragmented data, inconsistent methodologies, inefficient workflows, and limited analytics.Soft Skills:Strong leadership and ownership mindset to drive module-specific delivery.Excellent collaboration skills to work with technical teams and client stakeholders.Ability to handle complex, fast-paced projects with a focus on user adoption and organizational resilience.
