Job SummaryWe are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to handle customer queries, technical issues, and service requests related to solar PV modules. The candidate will work closely with sales, quality, and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries and complaints related to PV modules.Provide technical support to customers, EPCs, and distributors.Coordinate with quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams for issue resolution.Conduct root cause analysis for product failures or field issues.Support warranty claim evaluation and documentation.Maintain records of customer complaints and service reports.Provide product training and technical guidance to customers.Support sales team with technical clarifications during project discussions.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality policies.Required SkillsKnowledge of solar PV modules and systemsUnderstanding of IEC standards and module performanceStrong communication and customer handling skillsProblem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilityBasic knowledge of Excel and reportingQualificationB.E / B.Tech – Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Renewable EnergyExperience5+ years experience in solar industry or technical customer support.
