Job Description

The Atelier - BD role is a pivotal position within the Artize brand, focused on expanding our market presence through strategic engagement with architects, interior designers, and key decision-makers. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, promoting new concepts, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. The individual will play a key role in educating the architect universe about the Artize brand's vision and product offerings, while also managing relationships, tracking leads, and organizing special events that showcase our luxury bathroom solutions.Key Responsibilities:-Drive architects, interior designers and builders to Atelier store, generate leads & enable sales closure-Engage with architects, interior designers, and builders to conduct special events such as product launches and presentations in collaboration with the Business Development and Marcom teams-Educate architects and key decision-makers on the Artize brand, including its vision, scale, and association with renowned architects and interior designers-Provide complete product information to Architects and key decision makers on each product-Promote new concepts and products to the architect universe in Artize brand-Maintain the highest standards of personal presentation and Atelier hygiene, ensuring all data systems are up to date-Champion the concept selling approach, driving the conversion of bathroom projects into full Artize concept solutions-Promote and sell Smart Bathroom concepts, ensuring a strong contribution to overall sales.-Engage and convert unique walk-in customers, providing tailored consultations to meet their specific needs and ensuring their satisfaction-Expand the accessories sales portfolio by upselling and cross-selling products that complement the primary Artize offerings-Collect and analyze customer experience feedback to continuously improve service delivery-Track the status of leads passed on to the frontline sales team and coordinate follow-up actions-Provide architects with up-to-date information on new product developments, modifications, and significant company achievements-Ensure prompt availability of company collaterals, literature, CDs, and other informational tools to architects-Handle all customer interactions within the store, providing expert advice and ensuring a seamless shopping experience-Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, and designers, becoming their go-to resource for luxury bathroom solutions-Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation-Ensure all promotional materials and in-store displays align with the brand's luxury image and are regularly updated to reflect new product launches-Coordinate, collaborate with various stake holders for site visits, material availability & sales closureKey Attributes:-Strong expertise in luxury retail, particularly in high-end bathroom solutions-Exceptional event management skills with a focus on premium client engagement-Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative selling strategies-Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and key decision-makers in the luxury sector-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture client relationshipsQualification & Experience:-Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldAdditional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus-Experience:At least 7-9 years of experience in business development and sales within the luxury goods or high-end construction materials sector, with a strong focus on engagement with architects and designersDeep understanding of the luxury bathroom solutions market and experience in educating and selling to architects and high-end clientsSkills:-Concept selling expertise with a deep understanding of customer needs-Proficiency in event coordination and execution-Strong analytical skills for interpreting customer feedback and improving service-Ability to manage and maintain an upscale retail environment-Flexibility to adapt to changing customer expectations and market trends
