We’re Hiring Product Specialist for Dental DivisionLocation: Multiple locations across west-zoneMumbai, Pune, Nashik, Sambhaji Nagar, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Surat, Bhopal, Indore, RaipurRole SummaryThe Product Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling dental products to dentists and dental institutions, building strong customer relationships, and executing field-level sales and clinical support activities.Eligibility (Mandatory)Education: Graduate / BDS / B.Pharm / MBAExperience: 2–5 years in Dental sales (MANDATORY)Therapy Exposure: Dental / Oral Care / Implants / Regenerative DentistryKey ResponsibilitiesDetail and promote dental products to dentists, implantologists, periodontists, and oral prosthodontist max official surgeons.Generate primary and secondary sales as per targets.Execute daily field work including doctor calls, product demos, and presentations.Prepare and submit sales reports on timeline.Provide product demonstrations and chairside support when required.Support CMEs, workshops, product launches, and dental conferences.Ensure effective territory coverage, beat planning, and call frequency.Maintain accurate daily call reports and customer records.Track secondary sales, distributor stock, inventory and expiry.Support payment follow-ups with dealers as per company process.Share competitor and market intelligence with ASM/RSM.Prepare and submit sales reports on timeline.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to explain clinical concepts and product benefits.Good selling and negotiation skills.Self-motivated with strong execution focus.Basic knowledge of sales reporting systems.Interested applicants share resume at
