(A Division of T K International Limited) Location: Bhubaneswar Reporting To: Managing Director Toshali Group, a division of T K International Limited, is led by senior professionals with over 42 years of industry experience. The company owns and operates Toshali Sands Resort, Puri and Toshali Royal View, Shimla, and is poised for expansion through organic and inorganic growth across resorts, hotels, beach destinations, heritage sites, eco-friendly developments, lake-side projects, and home sites.Website: Role PurposeThe CEO will provide strategic vision, leadership, and execution excellence to drive growth, profitability, and governance across hospitality and real estate verticals. The role requires a leader capable of scaling businesses, strengthening operations, and delivering long-term shareholder value.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Growth·       Define and execute company-wide business strategy aligned with Board objectives·       Lead expansion initiatives including new resorts, hotels, real estate projects, JVs, and acquisitions·       Identify and capitalize on new market opportunitiesOperations & Performance·       Oversee operations of existing properties to ensure profitability, quality, and brand standards·       Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and performance benchmarkingFinancial Leadership·       Approve budgets, business plans, and capital expenditure·       Ensure strong financial controls, cash-flow discipline, and profitability·       Engage with investors, lenders, auditors, and financial institutionsGovernance & Compliance·       Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements·       Work closely with the Board, Company Secretary, and auditors·       Provide transparent and timely reporting to the BoardLeadership & Culture·       Build and lead a high-performing senior leadership team·       Promote a culture of accountability, ethics, and performance excellence·       Drive succession planning and leadership developmentStakeholder Management·       Represent the company with government authorities, partners, consultants, and key stakeholders·       Act as the public face of the organization when requiredQualifications & Experience·       Graduate degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, Engineering, or related field·       MBA or equivalent preferred·       15–20+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or infrastructure·       Proven experience in business expansion, turnaround, or large-scale project execution·       Strong financial, strategic, and governance expertiseCompensation·       Best in the industry, aligned with experience and performance·       Performance-linked incentives as per Board policy
