Role Overview:Rooter Shop is building India’s most comprehensive catalogue of digital goods—gift cards, gaming currencies, subscription codes, utility vouchers and more. In this role, you will own two critical levers of our digital commerce business:1. Supplier Acquisition & Catalogue Expansion: Source, negotiate, and onboard a high-quality network of domestic and international suppliers.2. B2B Sales & Enterprise Growth: Drive bulk sales of digital goods to corporate clients, loyalty platforms, fintech companies, e-commerce marketplaces, and reseller networks.Your success will be measured by the strength and profitability of our supplier ecosystem and the velocity of B2B deal closures.Key Responsibilities:1. Supplier & Product AcquisitionMap category gaps and build a target list of new SKUs (gift cards, gaming currencies, subscription codes, etc.)Identify, evaluate, and on‐board suppliers across India & globallyNegotiate commercials (margins, rebates, payment terms), service‐level agreements and compliance documentsManage day‐to‐day supplier relationships to ensure price competitiveness, stock. availability and dispute resolutionWork with Product, Finance & Ops to optimise cost and payout cycles.2. B2B Sales & Key Account ManagementGenerate and qualify a pipeline of enterprise prospects: corporate gifting, loyalty & rewards platforms, fintech apps, e‐commerce marketplaces, and offline distributorsCraft solution decks, pricing models and API/catalogue integrations tailored to each client.Lead the full sales cycle—discovery, proposal, negotiation, contract, launch—and exceed quarterly GMV & margin targetsBuild long‐term strategic partnerships, upsell new SKUs, and track account health.Collect market feedback to inform product roadmap and supplier priorities.3.
