Job Description

Responsibilities:Identify partnerships across: Consulting firms for GTM growth; Global & regional electronic component distributors, OEMs, EMS players, and channel partners.Evaluate market intelligence, compliance, others data providers.Close partnerships across AI, analytics, and enterprise SaaS ecosystems; Fintech, trade credit, and working-capital platformsBuild a strong network in the Global manufacturing and procurement ecosystemsStructure win-win, multi-geography agreements that scale with global customers.Participate in investment raise and contract negotiationsLead high-stakes negotiations involving CXOs, founders, and board-level stakeholders.Translate founder-level strategy into executable partnership roadmaps.Work with Product, Data, and Engineering to turn alliances into shipping capabilities.Own post-deal success, leverage, and expansion.Good to have: MBA from a top-tier global or Indian institution (HBS, Stanford, Wharton, INSEAD, ISB, IIM A/B/C, or equivalent).Prior 8–15+ years in strategic partnerships, corp dev, business strategy, or platform alliances in B2B SaaS, AI, data, supply chain, or fintech.Track record in closing complex, high-value, multi-country deals.Experience in managing end-to-end data partnerships—licensing, exclusivity, defensibility, and incentives.Executive presence with deep listening skills.
