Position: Senior PCB & Hardware Design EngineerExperience:3–5 Years Location:Connaught Place, New Delhi Job Type:Full-time | On-site Important:Candidates must bebased in Delhi or willing to relocate to Delhi . Theinterview process will be conducted face-to-face at our Connaught Place office. Key Responsibilities As aSenior PCB & Hardware Design Engineer , you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and validating complex PCBs used in embedded systems, IoT devices, and power electronics products. Design4-layer to 6-layer multi-layer PCBsfor embedded and power electronic applications usingAltium Designer or equivalent tools . Develop and validateanalog, digital, and power circuitsensuring reliability and optimal performance. Performschematic design, signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and thermal analysisto minimize noise, EMI/EMC, and ripple. Work closely withR&D, Mechanical, and Production teamsto ensure manufacturability and design optimization. ConductDesign Rule Check (DRC), Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and Design for Test (DFT)verification. Generate manufacturing documentation includingGerber files, BOM, stack-up details, and assembly drawings . Maintain and managePCB component libraries, footprints, and 3D models . Supportprototype development, testing, debugging, and validationbefore mass production. Troubleshoot PCB and hardware-related issues during product development. Required Skills & QualificationsB.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of hands-on experiencein PCB design and hardware development. Experience in designing4-layer to 6-layer PCBs . Strong proficiency inAltium Designer or similar PCB design tools . Good understanding ofanalog and digital circuit design principles . Knowledge ofsignal integrity, power integrity, grounding, and EMI/EMC considerations . Familiarity with communication protocols such asSPI, I2C, UART, RS-485, and CAN . Knowledge ofIPC standards (IPC-2221, IPC-A-600, etc.) . Hands-on experience incircuit testing, debugging, and validation . Strong documentation and problem-solving skills. Preferred QualificationsExperience inIoT devices, embedded systems, or industrial electronics . Exposure tohigh-speed PCB design and power electronics circuits .
