We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our operations in a dynamic and competitive environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, particularly within the automation sector, with a focus on IA products. This role requires a proven track record in B2B sales, OEM sales, and P&L management, ensuring not only meets but exceeds its sales targets, providing exceptional service to our customers and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve branch sales goals and growth targets.Manage the sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and motivation to drive performance.Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and address any issues promptly.Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and generate leads in the market.Analyse sales metrics and report on performance to senior management, using insights to refine strategies.Identify new market opportunities and implement plans to penetrate these markets effectively.Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements in automation, particularly involving Schneider products.Qualification/Skill:Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE) or related field.Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Industrial automation industry.Preferably – experience in handling Schneider Electric – Industrial Automation products.Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing sales teams.Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and OEM sales dynamics.Proven ability to manage P&L responsibilities and drive business results.Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
