The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, building long-term relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, meeting sales targets, and representing the company at events or client engagements. Strong leadership and communication skills will be essential for managing a sales team and driving business growth.QualificationsProven experience in sales strategy development, business development, and achieving sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.Knowledge of market research, analytics, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.Leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide a sales team effectively.Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.Experience in the technology, AI, or digital transformation industries is an advantage.
