The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation through emails, cold calling, and social networking while effectively communicating the value of our product to medical service providers.Key ResponsibilitiesMake cold and warm calls to medical service providers.Present and explain the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and services clearly and convincinglyAddress and resolve customer queries professionallyFollow up with potential customers after initial interactionsCollect and maintain accurate customer information, including names and contact details, IN SPREADSHEETS & CRMRecord customer interactions and transaction details in the systemEnter order and lead details accurately into the SPREADSHEETS & CRMMaintain proper documentation of customer communicationsRequired Skills and CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and MarathiStrong customer handling and persuasion skills & Good understanding of sales and lead generation processesGood computer proficiency in Google Sheets & CRM tools such as Vtiger and business data websites such as Lussa/Zoominfo/Crushbase/Apollo/Contactout and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorHands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Google SheetsHigh energy level with a positive and proactive attitudeFlexible and adaptable to work requirementsQualifications and ExperienceEducational qualification: BCS (IT), BCA, BE, (IT) Msc (IT), MCA, MBA.
